Nerea Iragorri Molinero was born in Tarragona, Spain in 2001.
She finished her Bachelor's in Chemistry from the Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV) in 2023. She developed her bachelor's thesis at the University of Arizona (UofA) under the supervision of Dr. Jon T. Njardarson, based on the "stereoselective synthesis of conjugated di- and trienamides via a dienolate enabled anionic cascade". She then, completed the URV-ICIQ Master Synthesis, Catalysis and Molecular Design working on the project "Cu-catalyzed enantioselective borylative desymmetrization of 1-vinyl cyclobutanols and axial-to-point chirality transfer in a diasteroconvergent/stereoretentive allylation scenery" under the supervision of Prof. Elena Fernández. She is currently developing her PhD studies under the supervision of Prof. Elena Fernández.
